Diageo/ Uganda Breweries Limited is looking for the next generation of talent with the potential to lead and shape their future as an organization. They’re looking for talented and passionate graduates to join the Uganda Breweries Graduate Trainee Program and community.
Uganda Breweries Limited belongs to the Diageo family, which means they are global and their affiliation to EABL gives them regional reach. They are diverse and are at the forefront of the beverage/alcohol industry in Uganda.
Uganda Breweries Graduate Trainee Program
The Uganda Breweries Graduate Trainee Program is a three-year adventure during which you will jump straight into your new role to a real job with fast-tracked career paths where you will be inspired to reach your full potential. You will be introduced to the world of business and given the opportunity to demonstrate your drive and creativity.
You will work with business leaders and other graduates across sister companies within Diageo. You will have the support of an experienced manager, a dedicated mentor and “buddy” who will help you successfully navigate your career.
Each year, through the Uganda Breweries Graduate Trainee Program, you will have the opportunity to work in another part of the business and at the end of the three-year period, you should be ready for a management role within the business.
