NSSF Internship Programme 2018 (June – August Intake)
The annual NSSF Internship Programme for the June to August intake is now open to all eligible university students in Uganda.
The National Social Security Fund (NSSF Uganda) is a National Saving Scheme mandated by Government through the National Social Security Fund Act, Cap 222 (Laws of Uganda) to provide social security services to employees in Uganda. NSSF Uganda is a Provident Fund and covers employees in the private sector. The Fund is a contributory scheme and is funded by contributions from employees and employers of 5% and 10% respectively of the employee’s gross monthly wage.
The NSSF Internship Programme has a limited number of 40 internship placements for eligible students wishing to join the intake this year.
- The NSSF internship programme is only for continuing students offering first degrees who MUST have a letter of recommendation from their respective university.
- Students who have done an internship at NSSF in the past should not apply.
- Internship placements are available in all Departments (this includes Branch Offices)
How to Apply
All interested students should undertake the Internship Online Assessment below. Your User ID shall be your email address. Ensure that the attribute section you select is Intern 2018.
Successful candidates will be contacted within one week after the assessment. Please note that canvassing or lobbying will lead to automatic disqualification of the Applicant.
