The annual MTN Graduate Development Program seeks to source, develop, and accelerate top graduates from across MTN’s footprint in Africa and the Middle-East.

MTN has once again launched its annual Global Graduate Development Program, an opportunity for young graduates to grow with the telecom company. By doing so, the company hopes to train, empower and employ these selected young people.

The MTN Graduate Development Program is an opportunity for young people to start their careers and grow with the leading telecommunications company in the following career options;

  • Customer Value Management
  • Digital Services
  • Business Intelligence


MTN is looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals that are;

  • Young people aged 22 – 26 years old.
  • Have a 1st Class or Upper 2nd university degree, not later than 2018.
  • Have a university degree in either;
  1. BSc. Actuarial Sciences
  2. BSc. Digital Marketing
  3. BSc. Mathematical Sciences
  4. BSc. Statistics
  5. BSc. Marketing
