The Andela Women Tech Leadership Program (Cycle 5)
The Andela Women Tech Leadership program is a six-week program designed to guide women looking to start out in the fields of software development, entrepreneurship, and leadership.
Andela in Uganda enrols interested young people from any educational background and trains them into competitive software developers, at no cost.
Andela Women Tech Leadership Program (Cycle 5)
The program aims at empowering women and equipping them with skills to enable them to become world-class technologists. The Andela Women Tech Leadership program falls perfectly in line with Andela’s mission; to empower today’s teams and advancing human potential with the belief that brilliance is evenly distributed and gender-neutral.
The Andela Women Tech Leadership program holds meetings once or twice a week at the Andela Uganda on Plot 68 Bukoto Street, Kamwokya.
Over the recent months, the program has gone on to see ladies such as Dorothy Asiimwe who was new to programming go on and create her first software program and also share her experience and new knowledge with others.

Successful applicants shall be invited for an in-person interview at Andela Uganda.
